Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. This application does not track, collect, or transmit any information about you or your usage to any external servers or third parties.

Local Storage

The application uses your browser's local storage to save your preferences (such as your selected visualization and Spotify authentication tokens) locally on your device. This data:

• Remains entirely on your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers
• Can be cleared at any time through your browser settings

Audio Processing

When you use audio input features (microphone or file upload), all audio processing happens locally in your browser. Audio data is:

• Processed in real-time on your device
• Never recorded or stored
• Never transmitted to any server

Third-Party Services

This application does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no external data collection of any kind.

Spotify Integration (Optional): If you choose to use the Spotify playback feature, the application will interact with Spotify's services. In this case:

• You will be redirected to Spotify's official authentication service to log in with your Spotify account
• Authentication is handled by an open-source authorization server deployed on Vercel (you can review the code on GitHub)
• Spotify authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser's storage
• The application uses these tokens to communicate directly with Spotify's API to control playback
• No personal data or listening activity is sent to our servers
• Spotify's own privacy policy applies to data collected by Spotify
• You can revoke access at any time through your Spotify account settings

The Spotify integration is entirely optional. You can use all visualization features with microphone input, file upload, or browser tab audio without connecting to Spotify.
